Deeksha Chauhan is a self-taught wildlife artist based in India who specializes in realistic and hyperrealistic paintings of wild animals. Although her art journey started when she was 5 years old but she began following her creative pursuit professionally in the year 2020 after taking a 'life-changing' decision of transition from engineering to art after acting on her inner calling.

Having no formal or informal training in arts, she follows her intuition as her guide to create these artworks. Her main goal behind creating every art piece is to express bits of her own personality with a slight touch of conceptions of her imagination while keeping the essence of the subject intact and alive. 

And while following her passion for arts, she also contribute for animal welfare on personal level by rescuing and nursing local wildlife and stray animals.
